Over the last few years, most enterprises have become keenly interested in branded caller ID solutions. When businesses place a phone call, their company’s name pops up on the screen, reassuring customers they’re not about to fall for a scam. The trouble is, traditional branded calling isn’t foolproof. The name displayed is tied to the calling party’s phone number, and if that number gets spoofed, scammers can slip through with a fake caller ID and use your name to defraud consumers.
That’s why Numeracle is bringing a new layer of protection to market: Secure Verified Identity Presentation (sVIP). It’s the first fully authenticated and secure branded caller id solution that voice service providers can deliver to their enterprise customers to prevent network fraud.
Our Secure Verified Identity Presentation solution is a new way to deliver a secure form of branded caller ID, leveraging our Entity Identity Management (EIM) platform to vet and onboard service providers and their enterprise customers looking to join the Branded Caller ID (BCID) ecosystem governed by CTIA.
This solution was developed using industry standards and technical cooperation between carriers and handset manufacturers to enable a branded display with caller name, logo, and call reasons without consumers needing to install additional software or configure their phones to display—this solution automatically works natively on your device.
The process can be broken down into three steps.
In simpler terms, it’s the first end-to-end solution for caller identity management, offering a secure branded experience. For customers, it means you can finally trust the branded display on your phone, thanks to the verification symbols included on the call screen. For enterprises, customers might start picking up again; for service providers, you’re empowering your enterprise customers with each trusted call they make.
Numeracle is already equipped to help vet and onboard you into the BCID ecosystem. Thanks to our ecosystem partner relationships, you can be among the first to deliver secure branded calling to your enterprise customers while creating a new and differentiating revenue stream for your business.
Once onboarded, Numeracle will help register and vet your customers, phone numbers, and associated brand details like name, logo, and call reason. From there, Numeracle continues to act as your expert advisor. Our engineering and ops teams will also assist you in ensuring the technical requirements of the BCID call delivery framework are met. Our sales and marketing teams arm you with the content you’ll need to define the solution's value to your enterprise customers, from custom-branded materials to advice on marketing to your customer base.
We’ll help you ensure that your customer base fully understands the impact and value of this revolutionary new technology while keeping this a smooth process for you. We'll support you every step of the way and lay the groundwork for your enterprises to win back customer trust in their phone calls.

Branded Caller ID is a modern telecommunications solution that allows businesses to display their verified branded assets on the recipients’ mobile devices when placing an outbound call. Unlike traditional caller ID or CNAM, which often displays limited or outdated information, Branded Caller ID, like Numeracle’s Smart Branding solution or Secure Verified Identity Presentation (sVIP) solution, provide a secure and consistent way to identify who is calling and why.
Yes, enterprises can access CTIA's Branded Calling ID (BCID) through their originating service provider (OSP). However, not all OSPs offer this service directly. To utilize BCID, enterprises typically need to work with an OSP that is an Authorized Partner within the BCID ecosystem. Numeracle works closely with many originating service providers (carriers), resellers, and analytics partners. This allows enterprises to get integrated with BCID regardless of which provider they currently use.
Traditional caller ID (CNAM) simply doesn’t meet today’s enterprise needs or consumer expectations. CNAM is limited, outdated, and easily spoofed by illegal callers. If branded calling is not part of your offering, you risk falling behind and your enterprise customers may decide to switch service providers if you cannot offer it to them. Enterprises want more than just a name on a call. They want logos, brand display, call reasons, and most importantly—trust. If you can’t deliver it, they may turn to an authorized originating service provider (OSP) who can.
As of June 2025, T-Mobile supports the delivery of Branded Calling IDTM (BCID TM) calls, with additional terminating service providers working to join the ecosystem soon. We anticipate availability across additional major U.S. mobile carriers in the second half of 2025.
