With a career that began as a Contact Center Agent, Natalie has navigated her way through various roles including Team Leader, Supervisor, Operations Manager, and now, the Director of Client Engagement. Her 13-year experience managing Canadian contact center operations coupled with her time as a consultant revamping companies’ customer service department, stands testimony to her comprehensive understanding of the field.
