Anis Jaffer is the Chief Product Officer at Numeracle and is responsible for product leadership, strategy, and innovation. He has over twenty years of experience in enterprise communications building successful products and leading product organizations. Through his participation in the ATIS IP-NNI Task Force and other industry working groups, Anis’s efforts at Numeracle are focused to evaluate new technologies and build innovative products that restore trust in communications.
Prior to joining Numeracle, Anis held leadership roles at Servion, where he built and launched several software-as-a-service products and solutions for enterprise communications and contact centers. He has driven the growth and development of both Professional Services and Managed Services teams in North America and abroad. As an engineer, Anis joined Lucent’s Bell Laboratories in the development of voice communications platforms and has worked in India, Singapore, and Australia. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
Ed Olepa is a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Contact Center Business Analyst, currently spearheading strategic initiatives at Rocket Central. With a wealth of industry knowledge and a keen understanding of the Contact Center landscape, Ed is a driving force behind Rocket Central's success in delivering innovative contact solutions for businesses.
Prior to joining Rocket Central, Ed held the esteemed role of Product Manager in the Contact Center at Rocket Mortgage. Cutting his teeth at this leading financial services company, he honed his leadership skills and analytical capabilities to deliver impactful solutions that optimized customer interactions.
In his various professional capacities, Ed Olepa has been instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness and customer-centricity of contact centers. His persistent drive for innovation and results has made him a valued and respected figure within the industry. Ed demonstrates a fine balance between his relentless pursuit of strategic progress and his attentive focus on teams working behind the scenes.
